Pear Crisp

Prep Time: 30 Min Servings: 4 servings Difficulty: Easy



  • 1⁄4 cup Sugar substitute
  • 1/3 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Non-hydrogenated margarine


  • 4 Bartlett pears, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp All purpose flour


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Lightly spray square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Cut pears and toss with lemon juice
  4. Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of flour to pears.
  5. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar substitute and cinnamon. Cut in margarine with two forks until mixture resembles coarse crumbs and sprinkle on top of pear mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until fruit is tender
